We offer many services under the umbrellas of Outdoor Living, Remodels and Renovations, and Home Repair. Not sure – we probably offer it. No job is too small. From simply installing a ceiling fan to full room remodels, just reach out to us, provide us with your vision, and we will swiftly develop a plan that will transform your dreams into reality.
How does the billing process work?
We start by providing you a FREE detailed estimate. To begin your project, we will provide you with a contract and will require a 50% deposit to cover materials. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of your project.
What forms of payment do you accept and do you offer discounts?
We accept all major credit cards and cash. No personal checks. We will accept checks from insurance companies. In appreciation of their sacrifice and service, we offer a discount to all military and first responders.
How long is your offered warranty and what does it cover?
Our workmanship is backed by a comprehensive one-year warranty, ensuring that your project is built to withstand the test of time and weather. From the scorching heat of summer to the cold and rain of winter, we stand behind our craftsmanship through all four seasons. Should any issues arise within the first year following completion, we will promptly address and rectify them, providing you with peace of mind and confidence in the durability and quality of our work. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear like gouges in hardwood floors from pets and kids, holes in walls from picture hanging, etc.

We hired Stephen to do some extensive work on an older house we wanted remodeled. He removed all existing interior walls, windows, and doors. He crawled under the house and leveled all the floors. He closed in the single car garage and raised that floor making it level with the rest of the house. He reinforced the roof with additional bracing. He installed new windows and doors.
